Founded in 2023, Buddy Productions has produced countless videos for various companies and institutions including St. John’s University Athletics, Future Stars Summer Camps, The Association to Benefit Children, Bridge Pilates, Dr. Joe Lipsky Physical Therapy, and more. The narrative film branch has produced award winning comedy short films and been featured at festivals across the country.

Overview

I partnered with Buddy Productions to design and develop a website that prioritizes their work first and foremost. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive platform where visitors could easily explore their films without distraction. The layout was intentionally minimal, allowing the color, motion, and personality of each project to take center stage.

While the logo was already established, I developed the broader visual system for the brand by selecting the typography and color palette. The direction draws inspiration from classic film studio websites—clean, confident, and timeless—while still feeling modern and approachable.

The final site balances simplicity with thoughtful details, creating a space where Buddy Productions’ storytelling can speak for itself.
